Help Stuck on Bootloader

I've sent my defy off to SME in Uk for repair, after it basically froze. They took ages to get it back, and it seems, looking at other customers comments that the company isn't very trusted at the moment.

The phone came back with mixed messages that it was 1. Not repairable and 2. That it had been repaired and updated.

Now, it just shows a black screen with text as below

09.10


Code Corrupt

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

so, what do I do - I've never tinkered with phones before, so any pointers to instructions would be good

How to use RSD Lite

- The above is for Defy (MB525). Might be best to choose .sbf (rom) closest to your original or up to 2.2 (Froyo). Need to install PC drivers & RSD Lite to a PC.
