Hello all. I am new to this but purchased a Kyocera Event phone with a plan on Virgin Mobile. It has been working well and them for the last week it has frozen on the opening screen (Saying Kyocera Event) and going no further. I tired pulling the battery and it did not help. I purchased a new battery and it did not help. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to fix it? Do I need a new phone? Please help.
