Stuck on Frp please help

So recently my wife's friend gave me her aunts phone. Sadly she passed away in February. But my wife's friend asked if she gave me the phone would I help with splitting the bill. Sure, free phone with unlimited everything why not? Unfortunately after doing the factory reset I was unaware about the frp (Factory Reset Protection) now its asking me to use the same Gmail that was used when the phone was first booted up. Nobody has that info . I tried to Google how to bypass this and nothing works unless there's something out there that I'm missing. Anyone know what I can do ??

First I'm sorry for your Aunt's passing, or was it your friends aunt? I'm sorry either way. But sorry we can't help you here with that as there's so many criminal reasons to do it. Don't get me wrong I'm not accusing but someone else might be. Anywho I doubt you've got much for free as that should've been cancelled when they realised she's not with us anymore. Sorry again.
