Help stuck on FTM screen

i need to re flash my phone and when i press power on and vol down it stays on a screen with a box and FTM on. i got the phone off my sister and not even sure what rom is on it etc

Have you flashed a version of clockwork on there? If so, what version? Also, download Mr Pigfish so we can ascertain which Gen your handset is as some versions of clockwork are not compatible with Gen 1 handsets etc.
