Root Stuck on hboot

Hi I just rooted my Zara , flashed Philz recovery everything seemed to be allright but then I tried custom .rom .Since then I'm stuck at hboot , other roms not working as well now I'm looking for RUU but cannot find one for my os.
it's HTC Zara_UL (gsm)
os 2.14.401.6

Please give me some advice !

im guessing you did not make a backup?

is your device s on or s off?

why are you stuck at hboot? do you have a security warning ?
