Help Stuck on HTC Magic screen!!!

i bought this phone of ebay, and it was sold as is, because it was stuck on this "HTC Magic screen" and i really don't know what to do to fix it.

The S-ON indicates the phone still has the perfected spl.

You can start by looking for the one click root program for the htc magic, then load your rom, of your choosing. Do your research and always read the magic wiki. Do not do anything until you are confident.
