Phone is stuck in lock screen,won't advance although it reacts to received text messages , but I just can't do anything . I tried rebooting and holding vol up,down,home ...came up with a triangle and the green android man. Any help, I need urgent help but without involving hard resets or if there is a way of getting my data of the phone?
