Study says Fitbit’s PurePulse technology does not accurately measure your heart rate

The Fitbit Surge, Blaze and Charge HR all use what the company calls PurePulse technology to track your heart rate.

A lawsuit against Fitbit says this technology isn't accurate and that the company is misleading customers thanks to their marketing material. Fitbit denies the claim and says the study "lacks scientific rigor and is the product of flawed methodology."
