so i upgraded to the esteem in march. i was suppose to have insurance. i dont have insurance. i called metro. they added insurance. changed me to the new $60 plan with 5gb data. i flipped out. they changed me back to the $60 plan with unlimited data. no insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im SOL!!! no insurance for me!!! miller lite is strong tonight. lol

Was it deliberate? So you can't be on a specific plan and have insurance? Not just a silly error on their part?

i dont know it just wasnt ever added i guess and they cant add it unless they change me to the new billing plans... i guess

Smells scammy tbh. If my carrier tried to change my plan because I added insurance to the account (I've got it anyway), I'd be pretty miffed.
