Help Stupid question re Music Player

Is there a one touch way of getting a track to stop playing completely? Am I missing something?

Where is it? When a track is playing there's only a pause button and a forward and reverse.

When you pause a song and exit the player it will no longer be running.

Yep, worked that out!
Just seems daft not to have a Stop button. Maybe it's just me...

I think it's mostly a matter of getting used to it. A stop button really doesn't add any relevant functionality and would make the UI a tad more messy. I felt strange not having a stop button at first as well but I've come to realize that I really have nothing to miss.
