Stylo2 and above, move app to sd not there?

I'm still using the stylo1, and the stylo2 and above people on FB are saying they don't have the option to move apps to sd, can that be true? That's way off base considering adoptable storage isn't there either

They would have to be sure that the apps in question can be moved. Not all apps can be transferred to the SD card. This depends on the app developer.

Thanks , I understand that already. What I'm trying to determine is if stylo2 and 2+ have the ability to move apps to sd. I've read on androidcentral and facebook that those phones cannot move apps and that is what I'm trying to find out, thanks
