Hi Guys. Hope you can help me out. I have 3 phone lines with VZ and have 2 lines upgradable. One my main phone, I have unlimited data. So I went and spoke to a VZ rep @ a VZ store and wanted to upgrade with the other phone line and have the new phone then switched over to the line w/ unlimited data (I did this last May with no issues). However, this time around the rep told me that if I did that VZ will eliminate my unlimited data. I then went to tell him that I did this last year and that there weren't any issues....he went to explain to me that VZ is now tracking serial #s of the phone because they've caught onto people doing this.
So hopefully you guys can chime in and provide me some info. Is this true about the "serial #" tracking. I obviously do not want to lose my unlimited data.... any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.
