Subtle is a theme with all about awesome icons. The icons are a bit minimal style but with a bit of subtleness that willl give your phone a fresh new look.
To apply the theme go to Your Launcher settings and:
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme >Subtle
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Subtle> Apply
ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Subtle> Apply
