Sudden Samsung tablet crash

Hi everyone, I have a Samsung tablet SM-T325, Android 4.4.2 vanilla

Last month when I was playing some basic games the tablet suddenly restarted.
I tried to play while the tablet was charging and nothing happened.
To ascertain the problem was not the game I charged the tablet to 100%, installed Antutu and performed a stress test.
It rebooted twice when the test was at 3-5%. When I plugged the tablet to the battery charger it was able to finish the test.
After the crash the battery level is almost the same (about 2% less).
Can you help me to figure out what could be the problem?

It sounds like it might be a memory problem, I had a similar experience a while back, powering off & on helped for a while, but after a few weeks it became unusable.

Thank you for the answer. I'm having a bit hard finding a problem like mine on the net.
If someone else had the same problem, please share your experience.
