Suddenly can't connect to wifi at work

The wifi at work is always a little testy for me because apparently I sit on the edge of the wifi bubble, but today I'm getting this message, which is completely new:

I haven't changed a thing on my phone, so I'm assuming it's just our wifi being more difficult than usual. Anyone know of anything on my end that could cause this?
I'm stock, using the chrome browser, I tried clearing the browser cache, history, etc. as well as the general "restart the phone" but there's no difference. If it's just the work wifi I can live with it until they eventually reset it or whatever, I'll see tonight at home if my wifi still works or is also broken.

Is this for all websites or only secure ones? (https). If the latter, my guess is that someone changed the firewall to block port 443.

I can't get on the internet at all through wifi today, we have a "guest" wifi we can normally connect to, but you need to check a box & click a button on the page that comes up, I can't even get to that page today because of this message.

I hope they haven't permanently changed it here so we can't connect, because I like checking email & stuff during the day & I only have 2GB a month... (stupid Verizon!)
