Suggest a Good and *Secure* PIM?

I'm looking for an app where I can securely (password protected at the least) keep personal information such as banking, medical, etc. It would be *really* nice if it could backup and syncing the info with a desktop (Mac or Ubuntu). No need or desire for cloud backup/syncing. Not exactly the kind of info I want in the cloud ;)

I have downloaded B-Folders, and I really, really, REALLY like it. It uses a master password to protect notes, contacts, credit card info, login passwords, and bookmarks.

I use it to keep all of of my family's medical information, credit cards, notes and login info for work, and whatever else I don't want anyone to see.

Hi,

I just don't know exactly.....But,I personally using GoldMine. It's just different from others as it includes Internet email support and a spell-checker..

Thank you.
