2 suggestions....it would be nice to have a "in case of emergency" contact on the lock screen for 1st responders. Not everyone has ID on them, especially women. 2nd suggestion would be to include app as part of android platform so you can use your phone as a wifi hotsot for your other devices.

You can leave ICE information on your lockscreen on most devices. My last 3 Galaxy S phones have allowed you to have a personalized lock screen. I always use that to enter "ICE Call..."

The hotspot functionality exists for any android device, however, most carriers lock it down until you pay a separate "tethering" fee to allow you to use it. (In the USA, at least)
