Help Sumsung s4 active screws

I cant seem to get 2 of the screws off the back of my phone. I am trying to change the charging port. i have ordered the right kit for this job. i have managed to get 6 off so far but the other 2 just don't want to come off. any ideas??

Isn't it 12 screws to remove the back/midframe of a S4 Active?

They're not just very tight are they, or they could be seized?
