I'd check the output amps on the charger as if it's meant for a particular device, like a vaper, it might not have an overcharge cut off and toast your phone. Many years ago I toasted a laptop's screen by accidentally plugging in the wrong charging cable (they looked almost exactly alike and were for the same brand and sitting right next to each other... easy and very expensive mistake). USB ports on phones are either 2.0 or 3.0 and it's way too easy, IMO, to make a huge mistake and fry one's device. Small batteries are usually charged with a 5V output.
