Superuser denies access to Rom Manager

Evorom

Lurker
I have read trough several threads and have tried the various ideas for fixing anything similar to my problem but to no avail. My EVO 4G is rooted and running Superuser (even upgraded to elite) But everytime I try to run CyanogenMod 7.1.0 with clicking on Backup Existing Rom, Wipe Data and Cache, & Wipe Dlavik Cache I get a quick message of: ROM Manager has been denied Superuser Permission. When I open Superuser it shows in the log that it was denied but there are no apps on the app page. I have tried promt me for permission and just allow permission. No difference. Also have tried USB Debugging off and on. No Difference. Also Unknown Sources off and on. No difference. I hope someone can help me with this as it has been a pain so far. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Forums. If you haven't tried asking about this over in HTC EVO 4G - Android Forums I'd start there with the "All Things Root" sub-forum. Those guys and gals are far more likely to have an answer than the welcome area. I wish you the best of luck in solving your perplexing issue. Thanks for stopping in and saying hello.
