I am new to this forum so hello everyone! I help organize our company cell phones and I work for an engineering firm. We have Surveyors out in the field that use data collectors that product .job and .raw files. They then will use bluetooth to connect their data collector to their phones so that they can save and e-mail the data to the office. One of our users has an HTC Incredible 2 that was working perfectly until yesterday. Whenever he sends the data from his collector to his phone, the phone will not allow him to save the file as an attachment so he is unable to e-mail the files. Since it was working great until yesterday, I was wondering if anyone new of an update that came out then. Verizon is our carrier and they suggessted we do a hard reset, but I'm not sure this will fix the issue. Thanks for the help!!
