[Survey] Anyone up for Lineage OS?

Hey!
I'm back! Interesting story for you all. (READ BELOW FOR HOW TO FIX A SECURE BOOT ERROR, ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST)

I got two of these phones now, both rooted on the latest update.
One is now for porting.

Anyone want to see Lineage OS, and Lineage recovery on this phone? I'm not lying when I say it. I have experience with this, and I won't release anything without proof.

P.S: Dumping boot, laf, aboot, and recovery partition later. Along with an unbricking tutorial.

If anyone wants to help me with this it will be greatly appreciated. You don't need to be real smart, just enough so that you have ported something before.
(by helping you agree that you MIGHT destroy your phone)

If you check the rooting thread that links to an XDA post you will find a folder that it asks you to download called LG_ROOT. It comes with this neat tool called Send_Command(.exe)
When in download mode, you run it for full root terminal.
I bricked my LG Volt 2 by trying to install Magisk. (Secure Boot Error)

HOWEVER!
I got another one from a friend, and pulled the boot.img from it. I then pushed it to the other phone using Push_File(.exe) and used dd to "flash" it to the boot partition. After a reboot..

IT WAS UNBRICKED!
Now I have a test phone. As long as I don't destroy it's LAF partition, I'm able to brick it all I want. Which means, it's porting time.

If you actually pull this off ill love you.
Got super excited when I seen this thread along with the others that you posted. Thanks for doing this, wish I had the knowledge to help because id love to. Cant wait.

The main thing I need to do is get fastboot. I hope nuking the laf partition (download mode) would crash the download mode and allow me to do an oem unlock. Then I could disable secure boot, BOOT (not flash) a custom recovery to test, then go on to porting.

The main reason I want to do this is to make a stock rom for this.

I'd love to keep using my antiquated Kobo Arc HD. I'm tired of leaving devices in drawers waiting for someone to create a small Linux type OS for arm processors.
