I wanted something to entertain my young grandchildren in the lead up to Christmas so I decided to create a cheap interactive picture frame which shows a still picture most of the time, but has some small movements when motion is detected nearby.
Thanks to help from the the Tasker and AutoTool communities (especially João Dias) 'Suspicious Santa' is now in action and grandchildren really enjoying.

I'm sure there are much better ways of doing this and much neater programming so anyone feel free to tweak, but enjoy anyway!
