I put it at 10ms and i get nothing. I put it at 100ms and I get nothing. I turn off the custom vibration and leave android default on and I get vibration. But i dont want the default android one.. ...

Hmm, although I do not have your device, I do have Swiftkey and I use it extensively.

I also am on the same version and tested the vibrations out too.
Albeit I don't have your issue, perhaps try something.

Go into your manage applications and clear the data and cache from the app. Now, this will wipe out any settings you have made, so you'll have to set it back up again. That may help with the vibration issue.
Or, if that doesn't work, clear out the cache and data again, and uninstall it. Then reinstall it to see if that helps. ;)

Tried both. Neither worked :(

I uploaded pics of some settings. Maybe I have something wrong??

Yes running oreo.. And yeah I clear cache and data. Tried it . Cleared cache and data again. Uninstalled. Reinstall. Tried it and. Nothing.

Sooo strange...

dumb questions,

but did you uninstall/reinstall?

clear the phones cache?

you running oreo?

Wow this is insane but I figured it out. Under vibration intensity section in settings I had it all the way off for the setting "notification" and when I turned that back up my custom vibration inside SwiftKey worked. No idea why it falls under "notification" vibration intensity. But whatevr lol
