i have a problem i have att right now with 3 lines lets call them lines 1 2 and 3 line 2 is mine line 1 is my moms and line 3 is an old line that just hasnt ended yet and we didnt want to pay the exit fee. line 1 is due for an update line 2 or 3 arent i line 2 want to switch to verizon to get the droid x but i want to keep my number and not have to pay a cancelation fee. Is there any way i can transfer my number to line 1, line 1's number to my line and then use that upgrade to cancel and then transfer my number over to verizon. I know its a bit lengthy and complicated but all i want to do is go to verizon with my number without having to pay the cancelation fees. Is there any way this is possible?

Whoa... a bit complicated.
But you should not have any problems moving your numbers around between your phones with AT&T. Call them and get all that set up the way you want it.
Then, if one of the contracts is up, cancel it and come on over to Verizon!
Verizon should be able to port that number.
Unless I missed something, everything seems like it can be done.
