switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, help!

Transferred my two Galaxy S7 SM-G930P devices from Sprint to T-Mobile and now my phone is sketchy about acquiring and maintaining the network signal, especially LTE... Cannot get LTE, sometimes get 3G, and often neither... I can turn airplane mode on, then off and sometimes it will pick up the network, or 3G, but not LTE...

Can I change a setting to get LTE? I am pretty sure the phone is capable.
 
According to willmyphonework.net it should be fully compatible with T-Mobile LTE frequencies, although 3G is listed as "could work" so it might be having problems switching. I also know Sprint does some odd proxy settings which may effect your ability to connect. Did you factory reset after you transferred the phones?
 
I did factory reset, and I got some help with tech support at T-Mobile, and I was getting LTE for awhile, but then had the settings changed at a T-mobile store, and it's messed up again now....
I am not wanting to call tech support because I want to figure out how to fix it myself...
