Switching 3G phones

I have a 3G phone right now that I have the 25 dollar plan with (because of the special Metro did for the 3G phones). Now, if I switch to another 3G phone can I still keep my 25 dollar plan? Or do I have to change my plan all together?

That would be a question for Metro PCS, but I'd be surprised if they did not allow you to keep the plan (as long as you maintain an active account, pay on-time, and have not violated contract terms).
