I just switched from an iPhone to this. All great except one item.
When putting down my phone in the evening I want to switch from vibrate to loud ring, and vice versa in the morning. The iphone has a hardware switch for that and it works unconditionally, no matter what mode the phone is in.
On the Android phone I don't only have to pull the ring to unlock before I can change the volume, if I have a password set then it also requires me to enter the password before I can switch volume. To round it all off, there doesn't seem to be a mode that lets me just enter 4 digits as a password, the <return> at the end always seems to be required.
Any solutions for this?
