Today I switch from prepaid to prepaid, both on Tmobile side.
Here is my experience:
I call in on my Tmo cell. While switching, I lost connection! The CSR was switching me and I lost my signal. How nice right? My instinct says do cold boot after waiting 10 minutes.
I only have done one line. So I call back again to get my two #'s into the family plan.
I got a nice American CSR. I told him my problem and he help me call the prepaid line to do the switch. After the switch and telling them my pin, this prepaid CSR say I need to get a new SIM. But this nice American CSR asks their own people when they do my own line, there is no new SIM needed. Contradictions?! So it was overruled and I don't need the new SIM for prepaid. Why different people say different things?
Even after the switch, I see I am still on the $70 plan with the 3GB free hotspot. I thought there is no more $70 plan.
I have a field day sending international SMS. I hope its free as they say.
So mine is $110 for 3 lines. (Unlimited data + 1 GB + 1 GB)
