Switching from Note 5 to 6P, Verizon

Question: It's my understanding, that when switching between these 2 phones, I can simply remove the SIM from the Note 5 and place it in the 6P and it should just work.

Is this accurate?

Yes, that's all there is to it. As long as the SIM is the same size (which they mostly are these days) you just pop it out of one phone and into the other. Give it a while to update itself and you should be good to go.
