Switching from speaker to ear

Newbie
If I am talking/listening on the speaker and then decide to switch to holding the phone to my ear, the other person can hear me but I can't hear them. Any advice? Thanks!
 
That's easy. Reboot your phone to Recovery Mode or should I say boot into your phones Bootloader Menu and select BP Tools. That helped when this happened to my sister and it solved it. Fixed the problem.
