Switching services odd at night

Is there an app that will disable wifi, blutooth, telephony at night. Something I can set times to.
I have tried Power Schedule and it worked except for wifi even though it was timed to switch off but didn't
I tried contacting the developer but he does not reply.

Try Tasker

If all you need is to be not disturbed at night, then you can use the built in do not disturb scheduling feature. All notifications will come in but the phone won't alert. So you can read them when you wake up.

If you want all radios off, just set Tasker to activate airplane mode on a schedule.
