Help swtiches in the notifications tab??

Currently this phone has the switches (vertical layout) in the notification bar, in the 2nd tab named 'quick settings'.

Is there any way to have the switches on the 'notifications' tab (1st) vertically?

I think the Galaxy S2 has this function (example below).
