Seems as if an official Swype Beta was released today for any Android phone.
When I got my Optimus T from T-Mobile, I loved Swype dearly. Once I flashed it to CM7 to take advantage of a faster ROM (which was an incredible improvement, kudos to devs) I seemed to have lost my Swype keyboard.
Further research suggested it was a limited access beta and it was only available on a few select Android devices from a few select carriers. Since then I have been trying to utilize the voice to text as much as I can, but there are times where typing into a phone just isn't a possibility (quiet area, etc). That's where I missed Swype.
Well, today, I have Swype on my phone again. Seems as if I just had to sign up, download it, punch in the code, and bingo - it's back! I wonder when it's supposed to be officially released????
