Swype Themes

Does my phone need to be rooted in order to install themed versions of Swype?

Such as these:

I don't think so, they say its apk's. Unless maybe you have Swype already built in? I guess you have to root to remove that first.

Yup, no root, its apk files. You need to remove any existing version of Swype though (which if built in would require root).
