sych with Outlook contacts and calender and Tasks

[Android Question]

I have just replaced a Windows Smartphone with a Samsung Galaxy a 4. I used the Windows phone to enter new contacts, calendar dates, etc. and it automatically synced with my desktop via a .live.com . The operation went very well in the direction as well...data entered into Outlook went to the phone.

How do I get same functionality with the Galaxy?
