Help Sync emails

Good day I need help with some of the Samsung phones S3 Note 3.
I'm working for an IT company and for some reason I cant get the emails to sync on the exchange via mobile data(3G).
I can only sync emails on wifi connection.
Do anyone of you guys know how to help thanks

Have you turned on all the sync settings? In the email account app itself and on the main settings?

Data usuage - menu - auto sync
Accounts - (email account) - sync email.

Yes I have checked the setting but it only works on a wifi connection
