Help sync experiencing problems sync internet exact problem

In Accounts and Sync, under my primary Google Account, there's a red sync icon shown..
On going inside , I find that "sync internet" is not happening.. There's a red exclamation mark in "sync internet" saying
"Sync is current experiencing problems.. Pls try again later"

How do i resolve this problem?
