Help Sync Frequency Settings

Just moved over here from the HTC Desire. So far, very happy but one quick question - on my Desire I could set the sync frequency for all sorts of things (contacts, facebook etc. etc.) - any way to do this on the Arc S?

You cannot do this on this phone. There is an option called "auto-sync" under Accounts & Sync in settings but you cannot set the frequency that it will sync, it will do it automatically.
