Help Sync Google Calendar via USB

I have my Android linked to my PC with a USB cable, but I don't have network reception at my current location. In other words, network applications don't work. I have some events on my Google calendar on the Android, and I can also access Google Calendar on the PC. Is there any way to sync the calendar on the Android to the calendar on the PC even without network reception? (The PC itself has a network connection, of course.)

If you export the events to a vcalendar file, copy that to the phone then import it should work. If you export the whole calendar I expect there may be duplicate events.

Don't offhand know about USB sync tools - hopefully someone will.
