Sync Outlook Calendar

OK, you guys are waaaay over my head, so maybe you can quickly tell me if it's possible to sync the Microsoft Outlook Calendar with my Android instead of (or along with) the Google Calendar.

Please talk DOWN to me...I'm a point and clicker!

I sync my Outlook Calendar to my gmail calendar, which of course then syncs it to my phone. You just need to download and run gmail sync. Changes I make on my phone show up in Outlook and vice versa.

Thanks Hockey Mom....I did as you suggested and am now waiting to see if it works. I guess i should have edited the 120 minute sync time as I downloaded the stuff.
Is there anyway to lower that amount to say 30 mins? I looked at the help list, but could not find this info.

If you right-click the sync app in your task bar and click options, you can change the sync frequency. 10 minutes is the minimum.
