Help Sync Outlook using Kies

I sync Microsoft Outlook on my phone and tablet with my desktop PC. I have added categories ro certain events on my Desktop (Windows 7). However, when I sync my phone/tablet with my PL using Kies the categories don't transfer.
Any clues/help please?
