Synchronizing WMP to Android Play Music

Hi,
I maintain my music library and playlists on Windows 10 PC with WMP and i want to synch this to my Android device (Nexus) by using the Synch option of WMP. Now, i notice that this synch operation creates a .PLA file on my Android device in a folder "Playlists". If i click on that file i see all the music files in there, but if i launch Play Music and click on the playlist it does not show the music that i added in WMP. So, it seems that Play Music is using another "playlists file". 1) How can i synch to that file or 2) how can i configure Play Music yto use the .PLA file
Kind regards

Just use other music player i recomend poweramp its the best music player for me, because samsung music player and google play music only supports .mp3 file format it doesnt support higher formats because higher/different formats means much better sound quality.
