Syncing Gmail calendar and Gmail contacts

Hi. I am supposed to get my new Nexus One tomorrow. I have been reading all weekend and I know Android 2.1 syncs Gmail well, but will if also wirelessly sync my Gmail contacts and calendar or will I need a special app?

It will sync your gmail, google contacts, google cal. No need for a seperate app for that.

Yep it synced everything for me, I love being able to enter a task/appointment in your phone and then being able to see it pop up on your Google Calendar!
