Help Syncing media between PC and Galaxy S3 / Android

Hi,

I just searched the whole forum to find an answer to this but was not able to, maybe I am a bad searcher?

Before I got my GS3, I was on HTC Radar WP, its was very easy to sync pictures, music and videos between the phone and the PC using the Zune software. Is there something like that for Android? Right now I go and manually copy/paste stuff into the phone (when connected to the PC using a USB cable).

What I basically want is a software for my PC, that will sync my music, pictures, and video collection to my S3 by just connecting the S3 to my PC.

A few good suggestions would be great, free would be better

Not to hyjack this thread but I tried KIES and included one of my folders with photos and videos but KIES kept stopping and wouldn't sync anything because of hidden files. Thumbnails and play lists and such that were also in the folder tree.

Is there any way to have KIES just ignore files it can't sync, and sync everything else. In that one folder I had to go to all the subfolders and unhide and remove all the files it couldn't handle, before it would even begin to work.

Seems that KIES should expect other files.
