Syncing/Sharing Calendar

I just started using a booking agent to help find and book me shows (I play music)

I need a way for us to have a mutual calendar so if I book a show, she can see it on the calendar and know not to book a different show on that date, and vice-versa.

Auto-syncing to our phones (just like email) would be exceptionally good, I have an Incredible and she uses an iPhone 3Gs

I was thinking of creating a new gmail account specifically for this, but is there a way to sync two different gmail accounts to android simultaneously, and only sync the calendar of one?

After you add the second GMail account go to Settings>Accounts and select the secondary account. You can select what you want to sync. If, for some reason you don't want to sync your default calendar, you can deselect the calendar on the main account.

I share a calendar and we use igoogle calendar. There was no need for me to set up a different email. You have one and the agent has one (both of which might have to be google)

thanks for the help you two

i ended up going with a second Gmail account and found out in the process that I can actually share a calendar with my main gmail account. this way I don't even have to change any settings on my phone, and can just give her the user/pass for the second account. I don't use my main acct for anything other than music anyways..
