Hello, i have a problem. I have in my phone system process called "information" i dont know what it is. No results on google.

Some times some folders generate when you download a third party app..but when you install it the folder remains on the same place..

How can i stop it ? I do force stop. And nothing happened

I meant uninstall them..but is actually a process running on your os..
Do you happen to have a folder manager?, a good one to have is Astro(not the one I use but it will do the trick) inside it, there's a search feature..go ahead and search for the such-mentioned..to see where it is..
I've have had the same problem with one of those force to close but it appears as "media stopped working" several times a day..and haven't been able to solve that for quite several months if not years already..in my case is a detective room(firmware)
