Hi sorry to bother you but I have a tagital 7 inch tablet. I cannot get it to work. It won't go past the startup android word. I cannot get the icon screen so I cannot go to setings and do a factory reset. There is no button on the tablet to reset it either. What can I do to get it to work? It was working for about 2 months and now since yesterday it is not working.

I found a couple of possible ways in this post, but I can't try them as dont have your tablet

earose2011s post looks hopeful. You probably need to do a factory reset (which will wipe everythig on the tablet.)

Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

While I do not have this particular tablet, I am confident that you can also data wipe / factory reset the tablet from Recovery.

Remove any SD card that you have in this tablet before resetting. THIS WILL WIPE ALL USER DATA!

Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time: this should enter Recovery mode. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu to "Factory Reset" and the Home button to select it. If you still have problems, I invite you to register as a member and seek additional help in the Pandigital Novel 7 Forum.

I have a 9" tabet. Somehow on the screen I touched a brightness icon and the screen went to black. Now I cannot see the screen so obviously cannot do anything include return the brightness. With a password required I cannot see to log in or to turn it off.

I found the factory reset but the problem is you have to confirm by selecting "YES" but there is no "YES" only the word "NO" three times.

How do I get my display back? I am sure it is a setting but with no display I can't change anything?

Does anyone know of a support site or email for Tagital products? I like it for the price but if there is no support I may return it and get something else.
