System UI has stopped

Hello everyone, I have a samsung galaxy nexus i515. It is rooted and running android 4.3. I accidentally factory reset it and now it just constantly has a message saying: "Unfortunately, system UI has stopped". I couldn't do anything else with the phone. Please help!
