Help System Update 12/15/2015 - Boot loop

I got a notification that there was a system update about 30 minutes ago. It was around 65MB. It finished and said the phone needed to restart to install and when it restarted it got stuck in a boot loop. Now what???

I am guessing that ur phone was rooted, right?
you need to either enter recovery and restore a backup or flash a custom rom (I am guessing you have custom recovery) or to download a stock rom in .kdz format and flash it via LGflashtools.

can i ask whats in the update as im on CM12 so i dont get it
